Blacksmithing Demos

Keenemetal’s own Blacksmith Chris is opening up the Lexington forge for live demos—because he loves teaching, talking, and making metal do things it really doesn’t want to do.

Whether you're curious, crafty, or just enjoy the sound of clanging steel, come watch and possibly learn the ancient art of blacksmithing (and maybe pick up a few life lessons along the way). No experience necessary—just bring your curiosity and maybe a healthy respect for fire. 

Come for the sparks. Stay for the stories.

Not everyone may be able to swing a hammer right away—and that’s okay. Watching is just as fun and just as sweaty when the forge is lit!
